AUTO SOURCE CHANGEOVER WITH CURRENT LIMITER (ACCL):
3 Ph & 1 Ph is an indispensable tool to automatic power distribution, protect expensive Generators and prevent fatal risks - The power instability in developing countries along with the inefficient rationalized power distribution creates a need for the alternative source of power, to back up the utility supply, and hence, most of the commercial and residential complexes set-up alternate power sources, such as gensets, to provide efficient back-up for their power needs.
However, when the Generator is used user should not over load the Generator by putting too many loads like AC cooling system Water Heater, Washing machine & others activities, and it is required protect from critical damage to the expensive equipment’s & Generator.
3 Ph & 1 Ph ACCL, a fully automatic high precision micro controller based ‘Source Change Over’ device, which also has current limiting function an offers easy and ‘ controllable’ change over between main power supply and generator supply. And mainly it will protects the Generator from over load. When there is over load to Generator, ACCL will wait of 3 sec then it switches off the LOAD for 6 sec, then once again switch on the load for 3 sec observe it for whether the load is below the said load, if load is more than switch off / on cycle will continue for 5 cycles, then it will go to lockout mode & makes the load is permanently off. Further to switch ON the Load, it required to press the Reset button(3Ph) / OFF & ON the follower MCB (1 Ph).
